MapScale 比例尺

根据 lat + zoom 自动算"米/像素"，挑一个 1/2/5 ×10ⁿ 的整齐刻度作为比例尺。

基础用法

CfMapScale 用 Web Mercator 的”米/像素”公式 40075016.686 × cos(lat) / 2^(zoom + 8) 把当前像素长度反推成实际距离，然后挑一个最大不超过 maxWidth 的整齐数值（1/2/5/10/20/50/100/…）。unit 切到 'imperial' 时显示 ft / mi。在 CfMapTile 内自动跟随 viewport；独立使用时需要显式传 lat / zoom。
